They then went on to run Switzerland’s most time-honoured mountain hotel on the Faulhorn for three years. In 2003 they finally opened the “C und M” together in Grindelwald.

From mountain guide centre to restaurant

The “C und M” seats 64 people on two floors. The first floor consists of a gallery looking down onto the ground Bar floor.

The renovated chalet once accommodated a centre for the mountain guides of Grindelwald. The Swiss Ski Schools office was also located here during the winter months. In 2002 the building was sold to Christine Jucker and Mändel Inäbnit: they converted the entire building to create Restaurant a stylish setting.
